inXpay, Inc. is a privacy-conscious organization. inXpay's mission is to provide a secure and reliable online e-Invoicing and e-Payments solution for the Business-to-Business (B2B) market. inXpay is strongly committed to protecting your privacy and to preserving the confidentiality of your business data.
inXpay posts its Privacy and Confidentiality Policy to inform you, as a visitor to inXpay's marketing website or as a user of the inXpay system, what kinds of information inXpay may gather about you and your organization, how inXpay may use that information, whether inXpay discloses the information to anyone, the choices you have regarding the use of information, and your ability to correct the information.

inXpay's marketing website does not use "cookies," small test files placed on your browser. The inXpay system does, however, log some basic and generic information about your computer, including its:

Browser software (i.e., Internet Explorer, Firefox)
inXpay uses this information about your computer to perform routine website maintenance and to generate aggregate website traffic reports so inXpay can develop and enhance the website.
