Jerry McElhatton, Former President of Global Technology and Operations of MasterCard Worldwide, Joins Board of Directors

President & CEO Ken Mathis announced today that Jerry McElhatton, former President of Global Technology and Operations of MasterCard Worldwide, has joined inXpay's Board of Directors. "I am honored that Jerry McElhatton has joined inXpay's Board of Directors. Jerry's deep experience in payments will be of tremendous value to inXpay and our shareholders as we bring our solution to market."
McElhatton stated, "Ken has spent his career helping companies streamline their AR and AP processes as both the user and service provider. inXpay's sophisticated web-based solution, which ties directly into the general ledger, is a game changer, and significantly enhances and upgrades current B2B payments capabilities".
McElhatton served in his executive capacity at MasterCard Worldwide from 1994 to 2005.
