Frederick Afragola, Former CEO of BNC Financial Group, Joins Board of Directors

President & CEO Ken Mathis announced today that Frederick "Fred" Afragola has joined inXpay's Board of Directors. "Fred is one of the most respected businessmen in the State of Connecticut. He brings a strong entrepreneurial spirit and extensive banking experience to our boardroom. Fred has spent more than forty years in the bunker with businesses, nurturing great ideas into lucrative corporations," Mathis said.
"I have followed Ken Mathis from success-to-success, building payments solutions at some of our country's largest institutions, including IBM and MasterCard. I am thrilled that he has recruited some of the finest minds in financial services to help him build his own e-invoicing and e-payments solution that continues where the others left off. This is transformational technology, plain and simple," Afragola said.
Afragola served most recently as CEO of The BNC Financial Group.
