Program Manager
Position Description
The Program Manager is responsible for on-boarding new clients and serves as the primary point of contact throughout the business relationship. The Manager will also provide support to the sales team to ensure all necessary information is obtained from clients during the contract process. Key performance metrics include: conversion, activation, utilization, retention, customer satisfaction and referral rates.
Day-to-Day On-Boarding Responsibilities
- Create client user ID and temporary password.
- Verify client company data.
- Assist client in creating initial user account and assigning system usage roles.
- Ensure client access to and understanding of all inXpay training tools.
- Ensure proper mapping of client accounting system data to inXpay's system. This will be a collaborative effort with the V.P. of Technology.
- Available to the client for any and all transition questions or issues and directly responsible for problem resolution.
- Assist the client in communicating the impending changes with the client's vendors and customers.
- Track projects to ensure transition activities are being completed in a timely manner with issues quickly identified and resolved.
- Provide feedback to the V.P. of Technology of any material user interface problems or recommendations from the client.
Sales & Customer Service Responsibilities
- Customer experience management: Continually assess and improve the online customer experience along key dimensions that drive product usage and customer preference.
- Engagement tactics: Develop, test and consistently refine through analytics various online and offline tactics for improving customer activation, utilization, retention and referral rates
- Customer training: Develop a series of modular online and offline product training programs/resources for white label partners and product end-users
Minimum Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 5 years in a customer support role, hands on interacting with customers, on-boarding and problem solving.
- Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience in the payments, client invoicing and remittance processing.
- Experience with Software as a Solution (SaaS) products.
- Good understanding of payments technology systems.
- Experience with documentation and problem resolution.
- Ability to present ideas and information in group settings.
- Demonstrated ability to create a positive business relationship with clients.
- Solid grasp of application Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing
- Technical Skills: Project Management skills, MS Project, Use Cases, Microsoft Office products and Visio
Travel:
Up to 50%
Compensation:
Base Salary commensurate with experience, Objective Based Bonus, Stock Options
